As the clock ticks down to next week's jobs and skills summit, get ready to hear a lot about the need to somehow boost worker productivity. 

But a renewed focus on increased immigration and better training programs won't be enough in addressing a shortfall of 105,000 jobs according to the Australian Constructors Association.
