Hot property market to test APRA's loan curbs - Monday Finance with Peter Ryan

The real estate market continues to surge despite recent intervention by the banking regulator APRA to limit lending and gently cool prices.

So how effective is that action and will APRA and the Reserve Bank need to do more to ease the house price bubble and tackle affordability issues for young Australian?

I speak Bank of Queensland chief executive George Frazis who concedes surging house prices are a generational problem.
