Incoming JB Hi-Fi boss Terry Smart urging staff vaccinations but says mandatory jabs a government call

The incoming chief executive of electronics retailer JB Hi-Fi tells AM he will only insist on staff vaccinations if the federal government makes them mandatory. 

Terry Smart says vaccinations are "the only answer" to the pandemic crisis and warns that despite a $506 million full year profit to June 30, sales have fallen almost 15 percent in July and August since lockdowns were imposed.
