The corporate watchdog has warned it will aggressively pursue criminal action against white collar criminals in the wake of misconduct that emerged at the banking Royal Commission.
ASIC commissioner Sean Hughes has also urged the financial sector to clean up its act now before tougher laws are brought in - and that the recommendations from Royal Commissioner Kenneth Hayne can't be ignored.
