Indigenous bank customers in remote areas fazed by jargon, Royal Commission told

The financial services Royal Commission has heard about massive language, cultural and logistical challenges that indigenous Australians have when dealing with banks. 

ANZ Bank has been under pressure to explain its dealing with remote customers who are fazed by financial jargon and providing 100 points of identification.
