"I'm devastated, this is a crime" - Medibank Private boss David Koczkar on massive cyberattack

Medibank Private chief executive David Koczkar says he's devastated about the cyberattack on the health insurer with highly confidential medical data now in the hands of a criminal or criminal gang.

But speaking to me on the ABC's PM program, he defended Medibank's security systems saying millions of cyber attacks are successfully defended each month.
