"We're not the the villians" - Optus boss Kelly Bayer Rosmarin rejects "human error" in massive cyber attack

Optus chief executive Kelly Bayer Rosmarin says the company still has no clues about who's responsible for the massive cyber attack, which has stolen the personal data of almost ten million people. 

Kelly Bayer Rosmarin is also declaring the company is "not the villian" and didn't deliberately do anything to put customer data at risk. 

I spoke with Ms Bayer Rosmarin on the ABC's AM program.
