Gender equality at the top of Australia's biggest companies could be a hundred years away according to a report out today.
A yearly census from Chief Executive Women has found gender parity is still moving "at a glacial pace" with little progress in bridging the gap at CEO and executive team levels.
Chief Executive Women president Sam Mostyn says the outlook for gender parity is grim.
Also I speak with Nicole Cook head of SBE Australia who says women entrepreneurs only receive a tiny fraction of startup capital - another challenge in bridging the gender gap.
