Equal Pay Day puts gender pay gap on solutions agenda at Jobs & Skills Summit

One of the big challenges at this week's Jobs and Skills Summit will be how to bridge the gender pay gap.

With men on average still being paid than women, the Workplace Gender Equality Agency isn't missing the opportunity to hammer the message about pay disparity which is now being exacerbated by rising inflation.
