Australia's first indigenous employment index shows racism - both direct and unconcious - is common in the workplace for First Nations people.
The survey of 42 major employers conducted by Andrew Forrest's Mindaroo Foundation lifts the lid on indigenous employment practices and says many indigenous employees feel "culturally unsafe" at work where they often face discrimination, ridicule or denunciation.
