Banks offer support to mortgage-stressed customers after RBA rate rise

Australia's major banks say they will offer support to customers who struggle with higher mortgage repayments after the Reserve Bank increased the cash rate to 0.35 percent. 

Banks have acknowledged that many customers have never experienced a rate rise.
