NAB staff bullied to work 70 hour weeks suffering "unbearable stress & anxiety", Finance Sector Union claims

The National Australia Bank is being taken to court over allegations that thousands of staff have been bullied into working excessive unpaid hours at nights, weekends and even on while on holiday.

The Finance Sector Union claims the bank's culture amounts to wages theft and unbearable levels of stress and anxiety for staff who feared they'd be sacked if they refused the demands.

I speak with FSU National Secretary Julia Angrisano who says bullied staff are suffering from "unbearable stress and anxiety".

NAB Head of People & Culture Susan Ferrier says staff should be fairly paid for the work they do.
